I'm proud to present to you my 7th blues guitar lesson, where I show you how to play this full electric blues phrase, to solo over STOPS in a 12-bar blues in the key of E. Tasty bends, call & response patterns, and many more over an original backing track in E. This started out as one lick but evolved into a set of tasty blues guitar licks that span the first six bars of a 12-bar blues. In the video, I'll explain how to play these blues licks, give you some tips & I'll show you some variations! Concepts present in this video: call & response patterns; E minor pentatonic; playing above the 12th fret, blues bends; vibrato, blues rhythm & feel.

I had a lot of fun creating this video, & I sincerely hope that this video will provide you with some inspiration.
